Born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, I've always had the heart of an explorer. After spending my junior year of college in Costa Rica earning a Spanish minor, I could hardly wait to graduate with my degree in Botany and begin traveling the world—which is exactly what I did. My adventures first led me to Kauai with my brother, Arizona White, in 2014. I quickly fell in love with the island's beauty, culture, and way of life. Along the way, I've continued my education, built several successful businesses, and collected more than a few unforgettable travel stories.
In 2016, after completing yoga teacher training in India and Sri Lanka, I met my husband, Steven. Although we were both born and raised in Flagstaff, our paths didn't cross until our early twenties. Today, Steven is a highly respected general contractor, and together we share a passion for real estate, design, travel, and helping others create lives they love.
Real estate has always been a part of my family, as my mom, Debra, has been a successful Arizona real estate agent for more than 30 years and remains my trusted referral partner for the Greater Phoenix area. My father, Dixon, was a world-renowned paragliding instructor who taught thousands of students from the volcanic craters just outside Flagstaff. He passed away when I was twelve years old, but his adventurous spirit continues to inspire the way I approach both life and business.
Today, Steven and I split our time between Northern Arizona and Kauai, where my brother so graciously hosts us (he's been here full-time for 12 years now!) We feel incredibly fortunate to call both places home. Northern Arizona offers the mountain lifestyle, four seasons, and close-knit communities that shaped who we are, while Kauai provides a sense of grounding, perspective, and natural beauty that continually draws us back.
Before entering real estate full-time, I was lucky enough to explore a diverse professional journey that included owning and operating a personal training gym and yoga studio, Life Coaching, managing luxury vacation rentals, and working as a craft cocktail bartender. These experiences taught me the value of exceptional service, strong communication, compassion, and attention to detail- qualities that now serve my real estate clients every day.
